Customer Survey 2023 Results

Customer feedback is incredibly important to us at Polyflon, and at the end of every year we put ourselves to the test by asking our customers how they feel about buying from us. Our objective in conducting our annual customer satisfaction surveys is to find out what we’re doing right and more importantly where we can improve, helping to keep us on track and ensuring we are meeting, or exceeding, our customers’ expectations.

Our recent survey asked customers who bought from Polyflon Technology and Polyflon Medical in 2023 about their experience, from their initial enquiry through to the finished product, and we’d like to share our results.

We’re delighted that our customers continue to rate our product quality, expertise and overall service as good or excellent, and 98% of customers would recommend us to others.
