The Purchaser is responsible for satisfying itself that the Goods that it intends to purchase from Polyflon and/or the Bespoke Goods to be manufactured by Polyflon for the Purchaser (and the materials that they are composed of) in accordance with the Purchaser’s specification, (a) meet the requirements of the Purchaser, (b) are fit for purpose and, (c) meet all legislative and/or regulatory requirements of the Purchaser’s industry sector. Polyflon accepts no liability for any error in any specification provided by the Purchaser and the Purchaser is solely responsible for their accuracy.

Polyflon shall have no liability for any consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of business, contracts or opportunity or any direct or indirect losses suffered by the Purchaser as a result of the Purchaser’s failure to comply with Polyflon’s standard conditions of sale.
