Key features

  • • Outstanding low friction/non-stick properties
  • • Excellent resistance to almost all solvents, acids & bases
  • • Very wide temperature range from -270°C (-454°F) to 260°C (500°F)
  • • Virtually unaffected by oxygen, UV light & ozone
  • • Most PTFE tube grades are FDA conforming, USP Class VI, RoHS3/Reach (Without Phthalates, EU 2015/863), ADI-free & UL 94 (V-0) compliant. Possible certificates on request.

Availability of PTFE Tubing

  • • In coils or on spools
  • • Straight pieces with clean, square cuts
  • • Can be supplied in heat sealed PE bags to maintain cleanliness
  • • Spiral cut for wire/cable management
  • • Longitudinally slit for ‘snap on’ sleeving
  • • Carbon filled for improved conductivity, ceramic filled for better wear
  • • Pigmented (solid/striped) for quick media identification
  • • Can be supplied as finished tubing assemblies with connectors
