Series 6L manual ball valves from Polyflon are used whenever aggressive or high purity/high temperature liquids & gases need to be controlled. Our PP, PVDF & PFA ball valves can be easily fitted in-line with the use of press-fit valve clips or we can modify the handle & lengthen the spindle for panel mounting.
All our ball valves are manufactured using seamless injection mould tooling meaning no flash seams on the valve body or inside their female threads resulting in leak-free valves every time. The 6L manual ball valve can be used in conjunction with all tube connection principles in the Polyflon range giving the system designer/operator complete flexibility when faced with various materials of tubing in the same application.
PFA ball valves are used extensively in pharmaceutical & laboratory applications and particularly effective in semiconductor/wet bench environments. Our PP & PVDF ball valves are a cost effective solution in general chemical applications, however the PFA ball valves remain the most popular.
