Kasia Johnson, Production Technician - medical device components. Drawing on many years of experience manufacturing intricate, precision jet engine components for RR, Kasia is already an asset to our technical group.
With SBEN support we've installed a new Evaporative Cooling System.
Polyflon installs new Evaporative Cooling System in production and warehouse zones reducing utility costs and shrinking carbon footprint with assistance from SBEN (Staffordshire Business Environment Network).
We now have an upgraded cleanroom to Class 7!
Following the move to our new plant in Eccleshall, we’re proud to announce the commissioning of an upgraded cleanroom to Class7 with provision for class5 in the future. This improved facility will allow us to produce higher quality components for single use medical/surgical devices.

Jess Flores, Production Technician - thermoformed fluoropolymer tubing assemblies.Jess has much experience in the manufacture of complex aerospace harnesses and assemblies and so strengthens our in-house capability to produce detailed custom assembly products.
Polyflon moves into specially designed modern factory and offices.
To facilitate further growth in pharma, biotech and medical device component manufacture. 12,000 Sq Ft of clean space ensures further expansion into high tech markets. We were once a semi-finished fluropolymer tubing, film and tape company that has expanded into the creation of thermoformed tubing as well as connector assemblies for a variety of environments including high purity and high temperature.
Exciting news - Polyflon secures £45,000 grant through the Green Bridge Supply Chain Programme; a scheme managed by Birmingham City Council and funded through the Regional Growth Fund for assistance with relocation of plant and further investment in medical device tubing component development.
