Polyflon Technology is an extruder of high quality inert fluoroplastic tubing specifically designed for a number of medical devices. Polyflon medical tubing is produced in clean conditions at all stages of manufacture using the most up to date processing equipment to ensure that our tubing meets with the very exacting criteria of most medical applications.
We offer our medical tubing extruded from PTFE, FEP & PFA paying close attention to internal surface smoothness. Inner & outer dimensions and tolerances together with specific length can be determined by the customer or one can select a standard size from the tables below. Graduated, painted rings configurations on the outer diameter of the tube can be applied using special marking methods. Our medical tubing is used in the assembly of catheters and also in the field of endoscopy. “Zebra” guide sleeves are also available where a coloured spiral effect is applied during the extrusion process.
