We contract manufacture tubing components for medical device OEMs. Using novel heating methods we can create complex tip forms and micro-mouldings on the distal and proximal ends of thermoplastic medical tubing. Tight control of the heating process allows us to produce very closely toleranced tip geometries to the customer’s own design.
In-house manufacturing processes are highly repeatable ensuring consistent quality of finished parts every time. All components are produced, inspected and double bagged in our Class7 (FED 209E Class 10,000) cleanroom.
As a very fluoropolymer focused company we offer medical device tubing components in PTFE, FEP and PFA, however, we have added many non-fluorinated materials to our program to be able to offer device companies a wider spectrum of more commonly specified medical tubing materials such as:
- PE (Polyethylene)
- PP (Polypropylene)
- PA (Polyamide)
- PI (Polyimide)
- PVC (Polyvinylchloride)
- PC (Polycarbonate)
- TPEs (Thermoplastic Elastomers)
- PEEK (Polyetheretherketone)
Apart from tip formed tubing we also offer medical device tubing assemblies complete with various types of fitting: blood connectors, luerlocks etc…If you prefer to produce your own assemblies or formed tubing we offer many types of medical extrusions all produced in a Class8 (209E Class 100,000) cleanroom.
